Great White responded quickly to an emergency call for a broken boiler during a deep freeze. The technicians stayed late into the evening and were extremely professional, competent, and clean! The owner personally came over to check the progress and secured us a new boiler within a day. I would highly recommend Great White!

Recently, I had my oil furnace replaced with a new forced hot air system that also includes air conditioning, and the entire experience with Great White Mechanical was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, everything was handled professionally. Salesman Dylan came out to review the work that needed to be done and was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the systems they offer. He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and was very friendly and easy to work with. Once I chose Great White Mechanical for the job, I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Their entire team was extremely professional and courteous. They kept us informed every day about what had been completed and what was coming next, which I really appreciated. Throughout the entire process, they were respectful of my home and kept everything clean and organized. The quality of their work was top-notch, and the finished system works perfectly. Dylan and his team are top-notch! We bought our house with an ancient SpacePak central air system from the 1970's that had a host of issues. We went through 5 different HVAC companies, and none of them could figure out how to service our system properly. After 2 years of trial and error, we luckily came across Great White Mechanical. From the get-go, the techs at Great White were much more knowledgeable and were able to diagnose our ducting issues almost immediately (they also seemed to care a whole lot more!). We were so impressed with the initial job that we decided to have them install our new mini split and central air return duct for the main house unit. As per usual, the process was smooth and extremely professional. We couldn't be happier. We've worked with a number of HVAC companies, and I'm happy to say that we're sticking with Great White Mechanical from here on out.

Great White just finished installing a ductless split system in our home. They did a wonderful job. They were efficient, professional, friendly, and communicative the entire time. They were always quick to answer any questions I had. My 5-year-old was also very interested in the work they were doing. Jimmy was so nice to him and answered all his questions. Highly recommend them!

I called Great White Mechanical today, Sunday, around 5 pm. Amazingly, James showed up by 6 pm. There was water in the basement due to the boiler running off at a decent rate. Within a few minutes, the water was stopped. Within the hour, the issue was resolved. James was thorough, knowledgeable, and just a good person. They put in my boiler a few years ago. Highly recommend. Also, the dispatcher was very prompt in getting out the call. Very nice!!!!

Great White installed a mini-split system at my home. They were very professional, clean, courteous, on time, and most of all did a great job. My neighbors are all commenting on how neat and professional the units and all its components look. Great Job Guys!!

Referred by my neighbor, who's been using them for ages. We had 2 AC companies out to find a refrigerant leak with no luck. We called and spoke to Larry, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Later that day, he sent Billy over and he disassembled our equipment - within 30 minutes Billy located our refrigerant leak and was able to repair it. It’s amazing the difference when you deal with a company who knows their stuff - saved me time and money.

A company with soul and compassion. Once they found out that my steam heat boiler went dead and I have a 3 year old living in my house, it took them literarily a few hours to get a new boiler, line up a large crew of the best professionals and finish the job. They priced the contract so fairly and not for a second took advantage of the situation. Great company, office staff, specialists and field crew. Simply the best.

Great White helped me with my oil-to-gas conversion. They also arranged for the oil tank removal and replaced my hot water heater. It's an old house and they did a wonderful job. I had Great White Mechanical do a consult on an aging central air conditioning system followed by an install of a new compressor and air exchange unit. Everyone I dealt with was very prompt and professional. The install was completed on time and included removal of the old system, install of the new system and an update to our fuse box. The new system has been purring along without any issues for a full season. Very happy with the results.

This company was amazing. I called them in an emergency situation on a Thursday late afternoon and they responded expeditiously. They purchased my new boiler that evening and installed it the very next morning. Thank God they did because there was a snow storm that weekend and temperatures dropped down to the teens which would have put my home in jeopardy seeing that my old boiler had gone out. They were very amicable, personable and compassionate towards my predicament. They did an outstanding job. Their customer service was out of the park.

We could not wish for better, more efficient, competent, and efficient service. After getting off the afternoon plane from Europe, there was no heat in the house and they came for an estimate in an hour. The problem was repaired the next morning. They permitted us to purchase equipment during supply chain problems, brought it to store in the basement, and returned 6 months later to install a new heating and air-conditioning system. Their staff members are professional, patient, explain, and help you understand. The company goes beyond what would expect from others. Are six stars possible? They have them from me and they twinkle!

Though times are tough to get equipment, Great White was able to get new HVAC equipment, replace our old system, install it on budget, and in a reasonable amount of time. They also balanced the problem we had with temperature variances by adding a zone. Now everyone is comfortable and the temperature throughout the office is stable. What Great White says in their quote is what Great White does!! Very happy with their services.

We recently purchased our home and had issues with the HVAC systems in place. After dealing with 3 other companies in the area who just kept refilling the Freon and telling me they were able to fix the “leak” only for the systems to fail during a heat wave in August yet again. I called Great White and they explained to me in detail why the previous actions taken were just "band aids" and not going to fix my issue. They were able to get the system up and running and instead of dumping more money into a failing system we worked on a few pricing options to ultimately replace the aging units.
